Please be informed that, as of 3:19 PM, the BOC E2M system continues to experience slow response times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
this may be causing to your transactions. The matter has already been
formally reported to BOC-MISTG, and we are actively monitoring the situation.

Implementation of PEZA – The One Portal System (PTOPS)
for Import Permit (IP) Approvals
In line with PEZA’s commitment to ease of doing business and in partnership
with CDEC, we are pleased to announce the implementation of the PEZA The
One Portal System (PTOPS).
CDEC successfully piloted the system on June 25, 2025, becoming the first
VASP to do so.
Starting September 1, 2025, all Import Permit (IP) approvals for
PEZA-registered business enterprises (RBEs) will be processed exclusively
through PTOPS.
