CDEC Finance Team will have NO OPERATIONS on the ff. dates:
• August 21, 2025– Thursday, Ninoy Aquino Day
• August 25, 2025– Monday, National Heroes Day
Request submitted between 9:00AM to 6:00PM until Wedneday ,
August 20, 2025 excluding holidays, will be credited to your account
on the same day.
Request received AFTER 6:00PM, before theweekends and holidays
will be credited on the following business day.

ALL VESSEL AND FLIGHT REGISTRY NUMBERS WILL
START WITH 0001 EFFECTIVE 01 JANUARY 2025
Please be reminded that all vessel and flight registry numbers will start with
"0001" in all customs ports effective 01 January 2025. Format is
URN0001-25 wherein URN refers to the 3-digit character alphabetic prefix
issued by BOC as part of Shipping Line and Airline Client Profile Registration
System.
All notices of vessel and flight arrivals submitted to PID/Bay Service
and Aircraft Operations Division for 01 January 2025 arrivals must
already reflect the new customs registry numbers.
