General
e-Logistics is the brainchild of CDEC and IPACS, and powered
by IPACS d2d Logistics. It aims to provide a gateway that will
strategically manage relevant information within the Value Chain
through its 24 x 7 on-line connection with Integral Value Chain
Partners.
e-Logistics enables seamless exchange of data and information
that is made visible and available to every Value Chain Partner
through its on-line facility that provides a full suite of transportation
solutions necessary for supply chain execution. It links Shippers,
Consignees, Freight Forwarder, Airlines, Port and Terminal Operator
in order to effect information visibility and efficient operations.
2. e-Tplanner
Enables on-line negotiations between the Freight Forwarder
and the Shipper/Consignee through its bid-and-ask facility.
3. e-Tracking
Allows the Forwarder as well as the Shipper/Consignee to experience
both the real-time tracking and visibility of cargo and orders,
plus an alert mechanism for shipment any shipment discrepancy
that might occur.
This facility is linked to the Bureau of Customs, Airlines,
and Port Operators that will ensure a more detailed cargo
tracking status.
4. e-Fulfillment
Achieve real-time visibility of inventory through, as well
as the ability to execute on-line orders, through a virtual
warehouse facility
5. e-Schedule
This module will provide freight forwarders with a vital link
to the airlines in receiving up-to-date flight and shipping
schedules for better logistics planning.
6. e-Xchange
Transmit commercial and shipping documents through e-Xchange.
This module will allow our clients to handle UNEDIFACT, XML,
ANSI, CARGOIMP as well as priority message standards.
7. e-Gateway
Track the status of your shipments through e-Gateway. With
e-Gateway, Forwarders can now process online space bookings
with airlines, send/receive AWB Manifest messages, and get
on-line Flight Status updates from the airlines.
